Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our business card design services. By purchasing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Service Description

We provide custom business card design services, including 1-sided and 2-sided designs. The final deliverable will be a digital file suitable for printing.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • Full payment is required before work begins.
  • Prices may vary based on complexity, revisions, or additional services.
  • All payments are non-refundable once design work has started.

4. Revisions & Approvals

  • The service includes 3 revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
  • Once a design is approved and finalized, any further modifications will be treated as a new project and charged accordingly.

5. Turnaround Time & Delivery

  • The standard delivery time for the initial design is 5 business days from the date of payment and submission of all required details.
  • Revisions may take 2-3 business days depending on complexity.
  • Delays caused by late client responses or incomplete information may affect the turnaround time.
  • Final designs will be delivered in high-resolution PDF, PNG, or JPG format.
  • Source files (AI, PSD) are not included unless agreed upon for an additional fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate information, including logos, contact details, and preferred colors.
  • We are not responsible for errors in the final design if the client has approved the design.

7. Confidentiality Agreement

  • Any personal or business information provided by the client will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of the project.
  • We will not share, sell, or distribute any client-provided materials to third parties without written consent.
  • If an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is required, the client must provide it before the project begins.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The final design belongs to the client after full payment.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
  • Clients must ensure they have the rights to use any third-party images, logos, or fonts provided for the design.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • A project may be canceled before design work begins for a partial refund.
  • No refunds will be issued after work has commenced or if the final files have been delivered.

10. Liability & Limitations

  • We are not responsible for printing errors or color variations caused by third-party printing services.
  • We are not liable for any losses incurred from the use of the business card design.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
