Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items. However, if an error occurs due to defects or mistakes on our end, we will gladly remake the item at no additional cost. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Custom or personalized products are non-returnable.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges will be provided under applicable conditions.

Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your request. Exchanges are subject to approval and processed within 48 hours. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Contact us by WhatsApp 876-413-5973 or email babigeevarietystore@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received.

Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Orders not yet paid for can be canceled before the item is scheduled for delivery.
  • Printing Service: Once the printing process has started, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
  • Graphic Design Service: Once work has started, the order cannot be canceled. If you are unsatisfied with the design and wish to cancel, only 50% of the payment will be refunded.
  • Custom Gift Items: Once work has started, the order cannot be canceled. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome and wish to cancel, only 50% of the payment will be refunded.
